Data Deletion

You can remove your data from eBay Lister at any time, in any of these ways.
Delete your whole account (immediate)
Sign in, go to Settings, and at the bottom choose Delete account. After you confirm with your password, we permanently delete your account, connected eBay stores and their tokens, imported products, listings, templates, settings and sync history.
Listings that are live on eBay are not removed from eBay. End them first in the Service or in eBay Seller Hub if you want them taken down.
Disconnect one eBay store
Go to Stores, open the store and choose Disconnect. This deletes that store's tokens and settings. You can also revoke access for eBay Lister in your eBay account under Account settings → Permissions → Third-party app access.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@buythemesplugins.com from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request". We will verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, then confirm by email.
eBay account closure
We subscribe to eBay's Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. When eBay tells us an eBay account has been closed or its owner has requested deletion, we automatically delete the connected store and all listing data linked to that eBay account.
What may be kept
Limited records may be kept where required by law, or for a short time in encrypted backups and security logs, until they expire.
