Terms of Service

The Service helps you import product information from AliExpress, edit it, and publish and manage listings on your own eBay store through eBay's official APIs, including optional automatic price and quantity updates.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.

• You are solely responsible for your listings and sales, including their accuracy, pricing, taxes, shipping, customer service, returns and order fulfilment.
• You must comply with eBay's User Agreement and selling policies, including its drop shipping policy (on eBay, buying an item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your buyer is not allowed) and its Verified Rights Owner (VeRO) and intellectual property rules.
• You must have the right to use the images, descriptions and other content you import and publish, and comply with AliExpress terms and applicable laws.
• Automatic sync depends on third-party data and may be delayed or inaccurate. You should review your prices and stock regularly.

You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, overloading or disrupting the Service or third-party APIs, publishing unlawful or infringing content, or using the Service to violate eBay or AliExpress terms.

The Service relies on eBay, AliExpress and other providers. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, policies or actions, including restrictions eBay may place on your account or listings.

The Service and its software are owned by GLOBAL SHOP RETAIL LTD. Your content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it only to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBAL SHOP RETAIL LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, sales, data or goodwill, including losses from pricing errors, stock differences, listing removals or eBay account actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to comply with law or third-party requirements.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
